Raw Nutty Energy Bites

With all the running and cycling I’ve been doing lately, these quick, little energy snacks really hit the spot. I absolutely love this recipe. It’s from Vegan Food Addict and there isn’t a thing I would change.

Ingredients

  • 1 c raw cashews
  • 1/2 c old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 c pitted dates
  • 4 Tbls raw nut butter
  1. Process the cashews, oats and cinnamon until you reach a grainy consistency
  2. Add the dates and nut butter to the mixture. Process until everything is well combined. Form into balls (I made about 30 small ones). Refrigerate or freeze to keep fresh!
