I will definitely make this dish again. It was ready in about 20 minutes and full of flavor. I used Near East Quinoa blend, which was awesome. I strongly suggest you purchase a box of the roasted red pepper ASAP!
For the Gardein Chik’n patty, it’s already pre-seasoned, but I still added a nice hickory rub to it, then fried it on the stove.
The veggies are a mix of broccoli, cauliflower, onions and peppers. I baked them at 400 F for about 20 minutes.
